While Loop needs Wi-Fi to load new photos, photos that have already been loaded will continue to play even if Wi-Fi is disconnected (with no pesky error screen!)

Loop is proud to support both photos and videos up to five minutes long! And no, there’s no additional subscription fee to unlock this feature. Videos can be played with or without sound with the internal speaker.

Since we are the only frame to offer text message uploads, this is a question we get asked often!

Anyone wanting to use the text message upload feature, for security purposes, must first:

1. Download the app and create a free Loop account.

2. In the app, go to Menu > Text Photos to Loop.

3. Input their phone number and enter verification code.

4. Select a destination album for their texted photos (this can be a single album or a shared album).

After testing the feature and ensuring everything is working smoothly, the user can delete the app (if they wish) and continue to text single photos without the app!

At this time, text message uploads only work for single photos at a time. The free Loop app can be used for bulk photo uploads and videos!

With Loop, there are no limits — you can create as many albums as you like and invite as many family members as you want. Different albums can have different sharing settings, so you can control decide exactly who gets to see and share in those albums.

Every connected user only sees the albums they’ve been invited to, so your photos stay in the right hands — and the right hearts. We believe in allowing you the flexibility to customizing your sharing how it works best for your family!

Our Loop customers use albums for a variety of purposes: organizing by event, organizing by family, or organizing my time period.

Because albums can be instantly toggled on and off on your frame, you can choose to show different albums whenever you'd like, or keep your slideshow set to "All Photos" and see them all together.

Absolutely! Slideshow settings, display settings, and albums can be controlled from the app or directly on the frame itself.

Wi-Fi and volume are the only settings limited to being controlled on the frame itself.

Loop offers three ways to showcase your portrait photos:

• Side by Side (most popular): Your frame will automatically pair portrait photos side by side, taking up the whole screen and allowing you to see double the memories at a time!

• Show Entire Photo: Portrait orientation photos will be letterboxed around the edges.

• Fill Entire Screen: Photos will be stretched to fill the screen with a slow pan to show the image.
